1. Who was the first recorded Hebrew to leave his famine stricken land to seek provision in the land of Egypt?
Answer: Abraham (Abram)
"And there was a famine in the land: and Abram went down into Egypt to sojourn there; for the famine was grievous in the land." (Gen 12:10 KJV)

2. What Old Testament leader had his heart repeatedly hardened by God?
Answer: Pharoah, at the time of the Exodus from Egypt
"And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go." (Exo 4:21 KJV)

"And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt." (Exo 7:3 KJV)

3. Were the Jews allowed to perform circumcision on the Sabbath?
Answer: Yes
"Moses therefore gave you circumcision (not that it is from Moses, but from the fathers), and you circumcise a man on the Sabbath. If a man receives circumcision on the Sabbath, so that the law of Moses should not be broken, are you angry with Me because I made a man completely well on the Sabbath?" (John 7:22-23 NKJV)

4. When God ascertained that man's heart was "only evil continually," what did He do? Answer: Decided to flood and destroy the earth

Answer: 7 loaves

7. Who was the first Bible personality recorded as living in a tent?
Answer: Jabal (or immediate descendants of Jabal)
"And Adah bare Jabal: he was the father of such as dwell in tents, and of such as have cattle." (Gen 4:20 KJV)

8. What did manna taste like?
Answer: honey and/or olive oil
"And the house of Israel called the name thereof Manna: and it was like coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey." (Exo 16:31 KJV)
